Always liked the aftermath threads on forums. what did yous think of the last auto heroes ? any pictures ?

I was sickened i couldn't make it up to see it. I know it was bitterly cold but I still would have enjoyed it i think. It's a great day out.I know it costs a tenner but it's well worth it in my opinion

My aftermath

Cyl 1 piston crown... Looks OK

Cyl 6 not so good


Bore is scored so its game over for this engine block

Dont believe that amount of damage happened that quickly with the cooling pipe getting cut mid-day and overheating

Potential bad injector could have contributed, which would also explain the wet/oily piston crown. Gasket and cyl head look good
