try sodablast.ie. Other than that, any local sprayer shouldn't charge an arm and a leg to spray just a rocker cover. It's nearly the type of job you could try yourself.

Give it a go yourself. If you make a balls of it send it to someone as mentioned above.

it's surprisingly easy. just make sure you follow the right steps. plenty of tutorials online. don't skip steps like priming and cleaning. if you mess up, you can just sand down again and start again... It's easier if there's no damage on the rocker cover. unless that's filled, it'll ruin your paint job.
