Does my bb turbo have an oil restrict0r? See pic.

Wondering if there is an oil restrictor in my t28 already (see pic) or will i need to buy one.

I wouldn't be very certain but I don't think so .. It's a very large home unless there's a smaller one behind? Generally the restrictive is in the banjo bolt
