rx7 issue

I have an rx7 here but its like the 2nd turbo doesn't boost, and when its warm it cuts out when you come to a stop

anyone have any knowledge about these maybe could have a look at it

Vacuum leak by the sounds of it.

The rats nest of rubber lines might be worth removing.

ive read up alrite about the rats nest lot of pipes in it ha its also on a power fc too but don't think that makes much odd
