Hi lads, could be looking at one of these at the weekend, just wondering the usual here has anyone got one or ever owned one, good and bad points, and what to look out for, cheers

I recently took one as px against a bike i was selling . Great comfort . As usual look for a full bmw service history . Every 100k or so the rubber prop coupling donut goes and for some reason the o2 sensors are common to go on them . If it dosent feel like its making the 190ish bhp its supposed to then walk away. Mine has an intermittent power problem i never noticed on the test drive

fine car, bit bead for the bhp and heavy an juice, no resl issues to look out for tho there a decent engine, if it does feel down on power or hesitant it can be the accelerator pedal position switch, there electronic throttle an they can give bother! other than that there a decent car for cheap enough money! just get it downas 2 litre on logbook haha

Good man Alan, I had head bout the switch already but the car was sound! Guy was a time waster tho! Does your friend still have the m3?
