So I have an e36 m3 Evo drift car, got a small case 4.44 diff, subframe, prop shaft and half shafts from a 316 auto, will everything just bolt straight in or is any fabrication work needed? Thanks

Sorry posted this thread twice by accident, please remove admin's
you need to swap the coupling from the m3 diff onto the 316 diff and stretch te propshaft sligtly and it will work i know that works on a non evo m3
An Evo engine will eat 316 drive-shafts for breakfast... and then probably have the small case diff for lunch.
I've a spare small case diff and shafts 4.44 for sale.
Is it LSD and will this fit a 318is
It's open, I don't think you can actually get a 4.44 lsd, you'd have to just use the crown wheel and find a small case lad to put it onto.
Could get a 4.44 Lsd alright. Just very very rare somebody would have bought a E36 316 auto or E28 or early E34 520 or 525 auto and ticked the Lsd option
Sorry I didn't make it over to you yestersay, will call tomorrow though if your about
