Friday night preping...fml...this better be f$#king awesome

Putting a lot of effort into blocking this kit to get most of the waves out of it. I was going to fibreglass this petrol cap opening and flush it off but seemed a lot of work and for some reason I kind of like it, just adds a bit of detail. So chopped up the mountings off the oem plastic one, wedged it in place and fibreglassed it in place from behind. I know its a false cap but I like it!

Got a bit sick of all the body work never my favourite part so went at the rear end to break it up!
Powerflexed everything in the rear after cleaning all the arms
    Had diff welded previously
    Cleaned up the disks
Painted diff satin black and gave it a good clean out

Rear end back in hopefully for the last time now

Calipers are in primer and just waiting paint. What colour will I go I'm thinking yellow???
Propshaft fits perfectly very happy with. This pretty much finishes the running gear side of thing bar that I'm stuck for an sr clutch slave cylinder and 350z release fork. Anybody know anyone who could sort me for out with these bits??

This is very slow doing it all by myself. Getting a bit disheartened with the yoke now

Been a while since I've been able to go at this!
Got my new front upper arms made up. Thanks to Ronan at Roco Performance for helping me with these.

Turned some brass spacers and primed.

Finished in same gold as the roll cage.

Calipers were looking a little worse for ware so gave them a facelift.

Jig made up for front lower arms and are off to be welded up. Should have these back in a day or two tig welded and ready for paint.

Cheers lad! Got my calipers and lines put back on today with EBC yellow stuff pads.

Prepping all the bodywork is getting there. Never realized the sheer amount of sanding involved!

Tried out the paint over the standard primer. This is after 2 light coats. Not 100% happy with the finish but I'll see tomorrow what I'll do. It will need another coat to get the shade all even so should darken a little hopefully. Might try out a black primer too see the difference before I carry on.
