been thinking about how the fuck lads get this going on.
Is it by using a roller? cut and weld in new arch, bash out with hammer and filled or WTF??

Yeah mostly bashed out then rolled then filled ha.
Just looks so legit like rolled metal .

That looks pretty similar to my arches and they were rolled and filled.

yea I want mine to look like yours greg maybe a bit wider I think x100's lack rear arch flare big time makes the back bumper look bulky when the wheel sits flush with it. may get the hammer out
Buddy's arches were done in Japan and pretty sure they were cut and weld job look serious tidy
whats the procedure to get that result can anyone confirm ??
I'd say you could roll them or cut and weld. Depends what your tastier at doing though. Although looking at them the 1st and 3rd pic don't look rolled judging by the shape of the arch, the chaser looks rolled though I think that looks nicer but the r32 is a boxier shape so maybe that's why the arch shape is a bit different in the two pics.

No like that chaser with the 13js on it if you've ever seen his arches he cut bits of panels off another car and welded them onto his car as arches.
