That's another one of my buddy's cars he didn't use arches off another car he cut the arches up and got sheet metal then and made his own design but he's changing it up again because the arch had to go on the door to work so he is solving that problem to make the arch all one piece

Cut and weld is the only way to get it like that top picture , easiest way would be to cut an arch to the shape you want out of a piece of sheet metal then bring the arch on the car out to met it and weld it up if that makes sense , unless u want an arch full of filler

Seen a friend of mine doing this to couple of cars. He does a lot of custom steel wings and arch work looks unreal tidy but takes a lot of time to get right I'll see can I get some pictures he's in middle of doing this twincam at minute.. These he just flared and rolled and pulled it as much as possible still needs work but it's not rubbing at all with suspension fully raised into body doesn't look much in picture

I can do them if you like no problem there's plenty of lads around that will do a good job, not that it's hard to find someone to do it good, it's the fact people don't want to pay the money to do it right most people don't have a clue of the amount of hours needed to do it right , most seem to prefer to get the cheapest job possible which usually involves a big slab of filler in your arch
