Exclamation rb25det power lost -smoke and oil in exhaust

hi all, 'ive got a slight problem with my skyline rb25 turbo, car was driven and abused from time to time for number of months without a hassle , recently turbo was gone so was fully rebuilt with rebore internals, new stronger and balanced shaft and seals, new engine oil was put in the car as well, after fitting turbo went for test run and all was perfect (boost is setup to 1 bar) after 20 miles started smoke, losing bit power on high revs and spilling oil thru exhaust , lost nearly 3l of oil in few minutes ,is this possible that turbo is gone again? all hoses were fitted correctly and checked before test run ,compression wasn't done yet, any ideas?please help -thanks

Is the car mapped to run 1bar of boost ?
Did you fit a fit a banjo bolt with a 3mm hole for the oil feed to turbo?
Did you prime the turbo with oil before starting engine ?

The turbo seal is leaking, either it's damaged or there's pressure building up from the oil not flowing out of the turbo.
Check there's no kink on the turbo oil return pipe.
Also check the cam breather pipes aren't blocked.

So many times have people assumed their turbo was blown and it turned out to be broken piston. Compression check it and see.

    10.5sec 1/4 mile @140mph Fastest s14 in Europe down 1/4 mile...

its solved more likely, its turbo -shaft wasnt balanced at all or was done incorrectly + seals were broken- turbo sent back under warranty ,
