fitting s14 subframe to s13

bumping this with a quick question am i better off using my 180 bottom arms or use the s14 ones? any difference?

You need to use S14 lower arms with an S14 subframe, the bushes are wider
on an S14 arm!

I havnt seen poly offset ones, even solid ones seem hard to come by

there's a few companies that do the solid offset bushes db power, conceptua tunning both in uk and as far as im aware tdp
