    bumping this with a quick question am i better off using my 180 bottom arms or use the s14 ones? any difference?

    You need to use S14 lower arms with an S14 subframe, the bushes are wider
    on an S14 arm!

    Do you need them bushes when putting a s13 subframe in a 32

    Is there only solid bushes available for this or can you get poly bushes??

    there's a few companies that do the solid offset bushes db power, conceptua tunning both in uk and as far as im aware tdp
