valve springs and headwork?

valve stem seals are weeping so going to replace, along with upgrading the springs and add rocker stoppers,
what would be the best brand spring to suit poncam or a 264 procam?
and who would be cheapest for them?
also aneything else i should do while in there..

I'm getting tomei double valve springs fitted to mine when richard builds it an also he removes rocker stoppers as he finds if you a limiter lover it tends to break the rockers which tend to do anyway
