im fairly tall and fit grand ive loads of room for the seat to go back and all.
could always make a lower rail if you needed it.

what widths are the wheels in the pics?
i put it into a pole one night. following morning i drove back from dublin with a new boot, back bumper, slam panel and rear garnish on the passenger seat with the top down haha theres loads of room with the top back ... the equips are 14x7 and the superlights on the back are 13x7.5 i think (not mine)
the ssr,s are 14x6 ... i dont have the budget or the power for wide wheels haha

thanks for the offer but i have the whole engine and box out now.
the head gasket blew so i said id just pull the engine.
original plan was to pick up a cheap 1.8 but fuck it i might just fix the 1.6 now because im getting bored with no car and it annoys me to see it under the car cover on the sunny days
    (excuse the illest haha)
i got a coolant leak and it overheated and blew the gasket.
2 cylinders were full of coolant.
this is what happens when you hit a cats eye at 100mph haha

i have a sump guard made and il be raising the engine.
i have the bay all cleaned now and i might spray it before the engine goes back.
thats where its at now anyway.
if anyone has a sump or a 1.8 open diff & shafts (can be welded) give me a pm.
    sound

    coming back together now.
wire brushed the subframe and welded on a sump guard then gave it a good thick coat of paint

cleaned and painted the block and gearbox with high temp silver

put the lot back in then and left the head in to be skimmed

got the head back then so now im just waiting for the gasket set and a 1.8 diff and il have it back out.

ye il stay 1.6 for now anyway. i couldnt see many 1.8 turbo kits so said id stay 1.6 and see if one comes up for sale.
if not 1.8s are still a cheap and easy swap.
ye that sounds like a bit of craic haha im hoping to have it back on the road for japfest anyway
