Project 328i - a lot to learn

So the next big step in this build has taken place.

Got an e46 m3 landed to the shed yesterday. Gonna use the S54 engine in the e36.

If all goes to plan this should make the car very competitive, fingers crossed everything works!

Sold my old engine within an hour yesterday, delighted. I'll be sad to see it go, it was such a sweet engine, but the money is needed.

M20 flywheel transformed my car, got it lightened also, give Dave at HD Engineering/Alienworkshops a shout on facebook.
I had the M20 flywheel, sachs m20 clutch kit and m20 starter. All fitted no problem.

A good clutch and lightened flywheel makes such a difference to a car. It's better than getting a power upgrade in my opinion.
