welding the base to a plate for better fit and stronger mounting to the car
and the whole unit mocked up ready to be installed.

50mm spacers to allow for when i put on the 50mm wider rear overfenders.

to wire up the flex-a-lite fans the controler uses the engines oem water temp sensor, so instead of just splicing into the wires of the sensor i changed the plug and wired in the extra wires
removed a/c pump,bracket,rad and pipes
new water pump
this is how the intercooler pipes looked when i got them
