Looked at doing this before lad, even got the turbo and adapter plate. Not worth the hassle as to make it work properly you would probably have to externally wastegate it.

it would work but for the money you would pick up a decent 2530 for it wouldnt justify haveing to make new intake and hot side intercooler pipeing and also have to mod ur downpipe to suit the sr elbo as it would be mounted lower

Just get an r34 turbo lad. Same thing as puting an s15 turbo on a s13. Or so i was told when i had my r33.

Well an r34 turbo is biger, stronger, newer and all that. Able for more boost aswel i believe. And its the same fitment as your rb20 so its a direct fit. R33 rb25 turbo would be biger also. Open to correction on any of those points but thats what i was told in the past. Hope that helps.;)
