Best engine oil for a 1jz?

What engine oil are people using in jzx100s vvti turbo models? toyota recommends 10w30 but i was thinking 5w30 full synthetic or 10w60 but im unsure... for a fairly standard engine??

As Toyota recommends 10w30 id not use anything thicker than 5w40 on stockish engine but Iv seen a lot of people use 15w50 or 10w60 and no need for oil that thick! Probably not great for vvti unless big power! I use a good 5w40 on non vvti 1jz and it uses no oil and changed around 4 - 5 k km
