RPS13 Not Charging

done a battery check with car running and its not charging. Battery light comes on and goes off as normal on the dash.

any ideas

Iv a good altenator ther lad in cork 40e welcome to take away ther and check it works 1st if ya want....

Get a multimeter and check the voltage coming out of the altenator before ya do anything

I reckon alternator as well, as suggested, check with the multimeter first!

As like everyone has said, check the altenator and look for 14v

Started the car this morning and put a battery tester on it... immediately was running at 14v in green, as i left it idle with lights and heaters on, it dropped down to 13.6... was in the middle between red/green

when i rev the car it goes back up again to 14v but drops down again as i come off throttle

last day i checked it with battery tester when it was running it said not charging... im thinking ive a bad connection somewhere

Or a bad battery

Double check all your connections to the altenator, battery and earths. if its reading that it seems perfect.

Battery is a brand new Bosch 054... Ill have to go through all connections tomorrow
