Sadly have to put this up for sale as need a more practical car, so I can cut my two cars down to one. Cash sale wanted ideally. Car is very quick, sounds pretty amazing (although quite loud without any silencers at the moment), and is a very rare sight on the roads. This is also the newest model possible of the FC's.

Which is a bargain for such a spec list and so many rare parts IMO. Car is mechanically 100%, and anybody who drives it will be very impressed. Car has just been fully serviced and oil changes done on a very regular basis bt:)

No, I never put it through, but planning on booking it in this week. Theres no emmissions test for rotaries anyway so doubt it would be too hard to put through.
Somebody was going to come see this yesterday but it turned out they couldnt make it. Thought I was going to get my first actual viewer lol! :(
On another note, I probably havent stressed just how quick this car is. I'm not one to talk up my cars too much, and I'm not the kind of guy who goes out racing up and down dual carriageways all night. But anyone who has been in the car has been seriously impressed, and I can guarantee it will put a serious smile on any buyers face, aswell as possibly a brown patch on their seat!
So in case anyone was wondering, it does do all the flames spitting, brap brap, 4th gear spinnage in the wet stuff lol! :D

I dont think I'll be taking any parts off the car, as if it doesnt sell I want to keep it how I like it. I probably might get more at the moment if I did break it, but just dont want to go that route.

Right well I'm still in two minds. This is now NCT'd (well will be this week when I re-adjust the headlights and go back in). So I'm going to say that its still up for sale. However I will not p/x or swap. I will only accept a cash offer of 5k and nothing less. No haggling, and no bargaining.
I still want a cool car I can drive everyday, and this just isnt it. But its probably the most fun weekend car you could have. So when I drive it at the weekends I cant think of selling it. And then when I drive my shitbox during the week, I want to sell it lol!!
Also the sale will include Aero mirrors that I've just bought.
So if anyone wants this now that its NCT'd and tax'd, let me know. Before I commit to spending alot more on this, and therefore keeping it for a long time.
Seriously cheap for a R-magic built FC, that has about 50% more power than standard!

Thanks very much man! Puzzles me too, and anyone who has been in the car. I wouldnt mind if ppl were coming to view the car and then saying they didnt like it. But nobody has yet to come view it even. Plenty of interest etc. but still no viewers :confused:

No not one! Any swap or p/x offers havent interested me, or ppl are valueing their cars way to high. Had two ppl who were somewhat interested and offering cash, but they were looking at other cars and ended up buying other cars before they came to see mine. If someone comes to see it I'm sure they'll be convinced.

Has it been mapped for Irish fuel?

Ya sure ill just have see how things turn out....cause i still have to sort out alot of things anyway...i might try and ring him over the weekend and see does he still have the car or if he is near Dublin area over the coming weeks to even see the car and check if everything is ok...

Sorry that I'm only replying to this now. It was Galway NUIG Rag week this week so its been a bit crazy.
To answer these questions. I havent been able to get clarification. However the engine has a R-Magic stamp (also "tuned by" sticker inside) along with some very rare R-Magic parts, kit, spoiler etc etc. It has 160,000km so it would be highly unlikely it would still be running so good if it hadnt been rebuilt. Its also running a lot of power over standard, especially since its still on the standard turbo and only .9 bar. This plus the sound hints that its had a street port to some degree. Street port = rebuilt really. All the signs of good compression (starts up straight away etc) are there too. Previous owner imported it privately and is a middle aged huge rotary head (actually co runs/set up irishrotary.com). But obviously its hard to verify it 100% without taking the engine apart, which would be pointless in a way.
The car was dyno'd before in Couture Auto and it was seen to be fueling perfectly. I still have these dyno sheets, and it even states on it that the fueling is fine.
Car is still for sale. Have a potential buyer from Europe who seems very interested. Have to discuss with him on MSN this weekend and see can we come to an agreement. But obviously I'd prefer to sell to Ireland instead of sorting transport/delivery to Europe (although I havent really discussed that yet so maybe he'll do all that).

Theres been interest all along Mick, but as you know yourself generally most dont come to anything. Still nobody has viewed it lol. But theres been a recent resurgence, which I'd say is down to the fact its NCT'd (well it still isnt actually but the retest is thursday and I've got the two things sorted).

Got the full NCT cert today so happy days. Plans this week are to refit the spacers, take off the spoiler to have a look, lower it a little bit maybe, trial fit the aero mirrors, and most importantly take some new pics with its new stance. Been meaning to do it for ages but this week should be the week hopefully!!

It made 257 bhp and 280 torque at the time. It was making that at about 5k revs though, and .8 bar. Boost was dropping off a good bit up higher then, and this has been sorted a bit now. Although still the actuator isnt quite up to it sometimes and boost drops off a bit up higher, so really it should be continuing to rise alot more but just levels off. Running a little bit more now with a little bit more boost (.9 bar), and a few other little changes. I guestimate its about 280 bhp now anyway, which is quite alot in an approx 1100kg car. Practically no lag too. :D
Bump! Maybe I should raffle the car lol! 50 E100 tickets, or 100 E50 tickets! :D
Just get new pictures. Go from there then. :)

Yep cant wait to get it sorted now and see how it looks. It'll be getting a full oil change, and I'm going to give it a real proper clean polish valet etc. (or maybe pay someone to do it cause I'm lazy and not good at that sort of thing) and then proper pic time. You're definately high on my list for that anyway.

But I wouldnt worry about the rear lights anyway. Been offered the jap ones plus aftermarket mirrors plus all the delivery paid for etc by a guy in the US for them. But I already got aftermarket mirrors so decided not too. But he said if I sold it with the lights still on, to send on his email address to new owner and he'll do a deal. So if thats a concern, you'll esily get the lights you want plus a few quid. Seriously dont underestimate just how sought after by ppl in the US they are. Thats two ppl who have just signed up to driftworks to just pm me to buy them. And thats without even advertising lol!
I think I have two little crappy vids I made before which I can pm you but it is a must to hear in person. And I can not stress that half enough! :D
