Happy days.. will it be through the usual wee loop/chicane B4 the corner or down the straight, clutch kick, flick and round the corner
You mean the "Joey Ss"?
"Down the straight, clutch kick, flick and round the corner" as you said lol
Well it's just my opinion but I think if on the day it's dry it should be just down the straight but if its wet on the day might be a good idea to run it through the chicane to avoid carnage on the entry because the entry speed will be so high
Bit shit for anyone with just a road car will end up standing about most of the day freezing your balls of while your car is sat I the pits
As for the bucket seats would you be allowed a bride Brix recliner as the tds is still my daily even though I have had to remove the rear seats for a cage just so I can get a bit more time on track I don't want to be sitting in a fix back bucket everyday breaking my back
Should the competitive end of things be restricted to allow everyone to take part ?
When 90% of cars entering are up to spec and
Those drivers expect the event to provide a challenge suited to
The time money and effort they put into their car cause don't think
They deserve to be restricted by those who feel its too much trouble
To fit equipment that could save them should it all go wrong
I have all the stuff for my car but you are letting everyone out together for the first 2 hours then after that while it's still practice telling everyone who has a road car you stop now while everyone else can rip on just think its a bit unfair seen as they have to pay 50 the same as someone who can go all day.On previous practices I have sat in the door of m3's in my wee derv so were not slowing anyone up during practice
During the practice everyone sorts them selves out those in road cars tend to stay out on there own faster drivers are let past etc but what I would say reguarding safety is there maybe should be marshals on track to warn other drivers of someone spun out crashed as in every other motorsport rather that just one person standing at the pit gate
Once again would my bride Brix seat be ok with a 4 point harness an half cage.
A recliner seat regardless of who makes it
Is still not a fixed bucket seat so to answer your question
No it won't be ok
it's for your benefit as its only a matter of time till
Someone has an accident because as drivers are gaining
Confidence they are taking corners faster and at big angles
Which is great but we just don't want to see anyone hurt
There has always been a marshal at the bottom corner with a radio
and a recovery On stand by to help anyone in difficulties which I have
Benefited from on more than one occasion
We are working to make these events better for everyone it's not going to
Please everyone but it will be for the best
No bother cheers will get my OMP for the sr86 lashed in.
Have never seen him standing an have got my self beached down the bottom twice an had to wait for others to stop an push me an have had to stop an push others while everyone else just keeps lapping round #dodgy
iv always seen a marshall down there lol lifted my rear bumper off him a few times
well how did this go any pics or results?

Yeah thought it would be a bit of a help to everyone to set the clips early
On so that everyone would have an idea of how best to attack
The corner. Well I just kinda set them on the line I would take myself
Which seemed to work so think everyone was happy enough
Right so for those who didn't make it here's the Craic from round 2
