im looking to do a stage 2 build.
parts i need are t28 and adjutable actuator and satge 2 chip.

now before i go and spend even more money i dont really have i need to find something out.
on the H-dev site its says stage 2 needs 97ron fuel but the nearest maxol to me is 35km away:(
would i be wasting my time running it on 95ron??

edit: i dont like the idea of using boosters because alot of them do feck all really

Cant see why it wouldnt run on 95ron, especially if its mapped for it!

A quick call to robbie in tdp would clarify it for ya!

but the idea of the stage 2 chip is to avoid mapping, is plug and play

Get in touch with Jez over at HDev and see if he can sort out a similar chip for 95ron fuel.

Ya cant go far wrong if ya get the answer straight fom the horse's mouth ;)

if i was going to map it for E85 i would still have the issue of the nearest maxol being 35km away!

Would you not look into a fully mappable ecu and then you can have it mapped for our fuel and for you exact mods?

Preprogrammed 'chips' are pretty generic and run very conservative maps so you won't be getting the maximum as even the same mods will work a little different on different cars.

what ecu would you suggest for the CA?

On a budget have a look at nistune for options. Max performance then maybe something like a haltech ecu is still available or you could search around for an apex'i power fc.
