No.1 Im going to have to ask wtf you were looking for when you found that.

No.2 We have a guy in our gym that this happened to,Basically went on the juice(cheater)
His body started to create to much testostrone which turned to eastrigen,The female hormone and now he has boobs,Like proper full on titties.
So now he has to come off the juice and start taking these other tabs to break down the tissue formed in his baps,A doctor in the gym told us that he's gonna have to go under the knife to have them removed as the tissue wont be broken down.
Sad story of a cheater....

lol,Eh,In a nutshell your body naturally wont ever create enough testosterone for that to happen,But enough steroids like the guy in our gym and it can happen,Its why the FSA have to regulate what proteins,Boosters and recoverys etc can be sold in Training supplement stores.The guy used a banned substance and because its banned it came with no instructions or guide line of dosage,And now he's like your guy in the Vid there.
