View Full Version : How to achieve these flared arches *Pic Inside*

looking to do something similar with my arches as this pic.

I have no knowledge of rolling/flaring arches so don't know what best to use.

Fella near me has an arch roller but would something else be needed to achieve this or would the arch roller do the trick??

possibly cutting the arch up and then re-welding, and then skimming with filler , OR arch roller with lots of heat and rolling , then skimming with filler and painting

either way , they end result will require paint i think , dont think its possible to roll and arch that much without fookin the paint!

long and short of it is lots of heat, then an arch roller, its pretty straight forward, just takes patience and a bit of muscle but no matter how well done its guna need filler and new paint to look like that

youll need mega wheels to fill them! and i rolled them arches before with a piece of pipe, ub be suprised how strong they are an how little they flare! oh an i just bought an arch roller !:p

@daren ha ha I have high hopes for argos heat guns :p

@alan I have the camber at 0 now so the wheels poke out close on 2" id say, would it be tough to get a bit of flare if their that strong? would the arch roller be better? damn you why didnt you have the roller before I took this off you!!

@Aidan how much did he charge you to rent it?
