The only plates I could get made for the Skyline in time for MOT were 11" x 8" and it looks wrong every time I walk past the car. Not a major issue, but it pretty much covers the hole to the radiator.

I think the ideal size for most Japanese imports is 13" x 6.5" but I can't find anyone local who seems to make this size. Craigsplates.com can do them at £13 each + £4.99 postage but if I read their information correctly they have to receive the originals of your ID and logbook before they make them. I understand why they have to do it, just quite a bit of hassle plus the chance of them going missing is putting me off.

Or send a mail to trevor @ eireplates.com or find him on facebook. He does all my plates (german pressed) but he does every plate imaginable. Keen prices and 2 day courier delivery.

I'm just outside Comber, going to try Givran tomorrow. It was interesting to read the information on craigsplates.com about imports, could be useful if the police stop you:

Just wanted to update this to say Givran do indeed have plates for imports (12.75" x 6.25" I think the guy said) and they're £6.95+vat each.

Thanks for the recommendations:)
