Bought this car a while back off a member on here..
sold all the sr20 running gear out so said i would put a jzx90 engine into
it as i had a few low km engines here....going to sell this one when its finished
as ive another car ive a engine waiting for a 1jz conversion...:)
this car is a road car so will have heaters etc working

jzx90 twin turbo 1jz engine with 55,000km
5 speed r154 gearbox from the above engine
exeddy clutch and lightweight flywheel
polished intake manifold
polished turbo pipe
polished rocker covers
japspeed 70 mm alloy rad
japspeed gt-r intercooler
custom one piece intercooler pipes
custom stainless exhaust system
apexi intake filter
greddy blow off valve
stainless custom down pipe
4.7 ratio lsd
engine painted in a new colour
also some other little trick parts
il update the thrend with pics of parts and of the work as it goes on..should
be complete and ready for some action in the next three weeks

sr20 engine out...picking it up off the bodyshop later with the engine bay
painted in a nice blue..and will also have the engine hopefully test fitted in the morning

are you sure that a twin setup will fit in a s14 Chris? i heard they wont fit as the brake and clutch master cylinders are too close for comfort to the rear turbo inlet. all s-body's run single turbo's for this reason.

ya they fit no problems....as there is nearly more room than running a single turbo 1jz vvti engine

Also got the jzz30 intake manifold all cleaned this morning just need to do the turbo pipes later and il get them sent off for a nice shiny chrome finish...:)

Small update got the car back today from the bodyshop with the engine bay
painted up in blue...just need to go through a few bits around the bay in the morning and get rid of crap thats not needed and test fit the engine...
also got all turbo pipes,rocker cover and intake all cleaned so be sending them
off to england in the morning to get the chrome finish done..!!

be running stock enough around the 350 mark...not much really needed as a road car as they have plenty of torque,

i got a few of them before and thats the only one i have left there very hard got...no i use a 4.1 but changing to a 3.7 this year

it can be all depends what you need done etc...and the material you want it done on

Not have had had much time on it the last week been very busy,
Got the r154 all cleaned up and also got the engine mounts done and
the gearbox mount.
Got the engine into the car this morning for a test fit,will update with pics later,as im taking it out again to fit the chrome rocker cover,turbo pipes and inlet manifold which should be here in the morning

Tiny update...been busy getting bits for the drift car and also work...just got these bits back this morning..and the finish the dude got on them is top class...if anyone needs chrome work done pm me...he'l even do rims..can do some funky colours...
rockers and turbo hard pipes...also got the helmet done for the laugh to see what way it would come up...

No its no too dear...helmet was 120+ vat...around the same for the rockers etc
turn around time is around 2 weeks..as the guy is dead slow and it takes 3 days for them to dry fully
Nice shine of the hlmet ha ..
class project will be a sweet spec'd silvia once finished
Can't wait to see this finished
not much to update as haven't done much with it lately,should have a good update in the next two weeks
