Alright lads problem have a problem with my sr.
Anytime the car boost there is a loud squeak comes from the engine.
And no there is no bov
I changed all the boost pipes(thought it might be a boost leak)
She pulls away fine.
There is a Blitz filter on it there is a few holes in it could this causes the sound when it is sucking in the air?
I tried wrapping insulation tape around the holes but still the same.
Its wrecking my head
Anybody have any ideas at all????
Thanks in advance

Really dont think its a gasket.Sounds grand when its idling.

And only happens when boosting.I have heard gaskets blow before this sounds different.

Got the car back together today.

i had a strange one like this before and it turned out to be the rubber seals where the injectors sit in the manifold

It only happens when the car comes on boost

sorry to think of the obvious here, but is the turbo itself on the way out??
